Bitcoin Cash Payment Processor Develops URL Shortener, PayPal API Integration – Bitcoin News
Prompt.cash, a bitcoin cash payment processor, adds a number of interesting features. The payment processor now has a URL shortener that allows users to monetize content on any website on the web. Also, Prompt.cash has added Paypal API integrations that make it easier for merchants to seamlessly test Bitcoin Cash payments.
Prompt.cash adds URL shortener functionality
Prompt.cash, a hosted, permissionless Bitcoin Cash (BCH) -based payment processor, is adding a number of important updates that expand the functionality of the platform. While the platform only launched three months ago, they are already introducing new features to make their suggestion more useful to their users. One of them interesting additions is a shortened URL. This allows users to monetize access to any website. Prompt.cash can also accept any Simple Ledger Protocol (SLP) token that has been minted using the Bitcoin Cash chain.
We are happy to announce that we are the first payment processor to accept them all #SLP Token on #BitcoinCash.

While URL shorteners are nothing new, most of the companies that offer this service are based on Fiat. Prompt.cash uses a Bitcoin Cash address to send the received payment directly to the user’s wallet. This enables the funds received to be repaid immediately. It also gives the user an advantage over traditional service offerings. These fiat-based competitors require the customer to withdraw funds manually after reaching a certain amount.
PayPal API integration enables seamless migration
One of the biggest problems beginning payment processors face is integration costs. Many companies who want to try out new payment processors often pass them on. This is due to the price associated with integrating it into their structure. Prompt.cash is aware of this issue and is working to minimize the friction and cost of adding Bitcoin cash payments to each platform.
Ekliptor, the developer of Prompt.cash, stated that the integration of the Paypal Rest API will go a long way towards achieving this goal. Ecliptor emphasized:
Compatibility at the API level allows websites using Paypal to try Bitcoin cash payments without investing a lot of resources and developer skills.
As a result of this work, merchants can modify any of the thousands of plugins to make them compatible with Prompt.cash. Consequently, by simply changing a few things, these merchants will be able to offer Bitcoin cash payments in no time.
To make it even easier for merchants, Prompt.cash offers integration with many popular platforms. Because of this, static pages, WordPress, Node.js, PHP, WHCMS, and Android-based platforms can integrate Prompt.cash payments. In addition to these benefits, Prompt.cash provides examples for non-programmers to understand what to do and apply them to their own platforms.
